That said, if you prefer to be at home during the service, you are more than welcome to stay. We'll handle the cleaning, work around you, and notify you as soon as the job is complete.

We believe in complete transparency and attention to detail for all of our cleaning and maintenance services and therefore follow the below process:

Please contact us through our home page. We require a deposit to confirm your appointment, which allows us to dedicate the necessary time and staff to your property.
We understand that plans change, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Please note that for cancellations made within this 24-hour window, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved booking slot.
However, we understand that moving can be unpredictable. Therefore, if you need to reschedule an End of Tenancy Clean rather than cancel entirely, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to move your deposit to a new, mutually convenient date.
